Phillip Lenger
TMS Investigations was founded by Phillip Lenger, a graduate of the University of Central Florida and veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Community with a Top Secret SCI Clearance, who served overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003 and provided service support to Operation Enduring Freedom.
Upon graduation from UCF he began his career as a Private Investigator specializing in surveillance in Orlando and Central Florida. He started TMS Investigations in 2010 to provide excellent investigative results to the Central Florida community, with an emphasis on surveillance-based investigations, like insurance fraud and family law cases.
